Cookie Notice

Cookies used by Cairosoft

This draft describes Cairosoft cookie categories. It must be reviewed by the business owner and privacy counsel before production tracking is enabled.

Essential cookies

Essential cookies are always enabled because they support authentication, session security, CSRF protection, tenant selection, subscription enforcement, and required application functions.

Marketing cookies

If you accept marketing tracking under the updated notice, Cairosoft shares normalized SHA-256 hashes of your registration email and mobile number with Meta for ad matching, together with available browser and ad-click identifiers. Hashing does not make these identifiers anonymous. Rejecting marketing tracking does not prevent registration or starting a trial.

Marketing cookies are optional. If you accept Marketing cookies, Cairosoft may load Meta Pixel and capture approved attribution fields such as UTM parameters, fbclid, _fbp, and _fbc.

Cairosoft does not intend to send accounting records, financial statements, customer or supplier data, product names, invoice numbers, TIN, BIR records, payment-provider payloads, card data, or bank information to Meta Pixel.

Changing your choice

Page-usage reporting does not create analytics cookies or identify anonymous visitors. It counts approved public page loads and, using the existing signed-in session, company page visits and billing plan selections. These company-level counts are retained for up to 365 days and visible only to platform administrators. Cookie Settings continues to control optional Meta marketing measurement, separately from this usage reporting. Previously issued visitor-analytics cookies are no longer used.

You can reject or withdraw Marketing consent through Cookie Settings. Withdrawing Marketing consent prevents future Meta Pixel loading in your browser after refresh/navigation.

Contact

Production privacy contact information is not configured yet. Set META_PRIVACY_CONTACT before enabling production tracking.
